Pre-Surgery physical therapy is SO important! Kathy Wiegers at Hands On Physical Therapy did an amazing job preparing me for partial knee surgery! She worked with me for 4 weeks and I continued doing the exercises at home until my surgery on September 16. I began physical therapy with Kathy again three days after surgery and graduated from a walker to cane within a week. By the next week, I was cane-free! I can’t say enough about the staff at HOPT! They are so professional and caring. Every surgeon should require pre-surgery PT! AND at HOPT! I am so grateful for the professional care I received.

Knowledgeable, Caring, Friendly people.

After my hip replacement surgery, my right leg muscles were very weak. I had great difficulty in dressing myself, and could not walk without using a cane. When I started taking therapy at Hands On, I was not even able to do their therapy exercises. But with their help and guidance I gradually improved until I recovered about 90% of function. The exercises appeared to target a wide range of muscles and over time my leg recovered. I could not have designed the exercise program myself. One of the great benefits is that Hands On trained me to do the exercises correctly, so that I can continue to do them at home.

I highly recommend Hands On Therapy. Staff is very knowledgeable. I have received much improvement from the time I began receiving assistance from them. I will return if I ever need further assistance.

I love Hands On Physical Therapy! Everyone was great to work with. Cathy and Jose took their time with you and they made sure they understood what was wrong before helping you. Everyone (even Van, ha! ha!) was friendly with great personalities. If you need any PT, please consider HOPT!

My son had an amazing experience with HOPT! The therapist he worked with helped him increase his agility, speed and strength in his legs and ankles. My son initially was experiencing knee pain was diagnosed and treated for tendinitis. The PT who handled his therapy worked with him in the office and gave him exercises outside of the office to help relieve his pain and strengthen his body. We would recommend HOPT to any athlete who wants to better his/her performance.
